Shipping live plants is a risky business. Rough handling, shipment delays and cold weather can all destroy a plant, especially one as fragile as an African Violet. There is only one thing more disappointing than opening a box of dead violets, and that is to know that whoever you bought them from doesn't care. Therefore, I guarantee a safe delivery of your live plants and any damaged or dead plants will be replaced free of charge. A few rules apply - I might require photo evidence of the damaged plants sent to my e-mail. Second I reserve the right to delay shipment as long as necessary to prevent damage. (This is usually because of extreme weather such as cold or snow) Lastly, you must contact me with a claim within 48 hours of receiving your order!

Shipping cost depends on the total weight of your order and your location. You can see your estimated shipping costs at any time by viewing Your Cart.

All shipping is done through USPS Priority or Express Mail. P.O. Boxes are suggested for accepting live plants to prevent them sitting out in the elements after delivery.

I generally ship on the Monday or Tuesday after an order is completed, unless shipment is delayed due to the weather. I live in Michigan, and can have several weeks of temperatures that are too cold to ship live plants, especially during the months of Oct-March, so be prepared to wait. I will contact you to let you know when I will be shipping your order and if there are any delays.

PayPal
PayPal is my preferred method of payment. It is safe, secure, and convenient for both of us. To sign up for an account, visit http://www.paypal.com. Selecting Paypal as your checkout method will forward you to PayPal, where they will collect your shipping information.

Credit/Debit Card
I currently accept all US debit/credit card accounts from VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN EXPRESS. Please make sure the billing information you provide matches the information on your credit/debit card statement.

Money Order/Cashier's Check
If choosing Money Order/Cashier's Check as payment, you will have up to 5 days for me to receive payment so I can authorize your order. I will let you know when it is received. The mailing address for Money Order/Cashier's Checks will be provided in the confirmation e-mail after checkout.

Personal Check
Personal checks are not preferred, but I can accept them with a 10 day waiting period for the funds to clear my account.

Any non-perishable item may be returned within 2 weeks for a full refund less shipping. Perishables may not be returned, and except for cases of shipping damage, all sales are final.
